You can configure Outlook email integration to work the way you want.
To personalize your Outlook application link configuration:

Lists the vault contexts that you have selected for display in the Outlook Mail Folders tree. Each context that you select appears as a folder in the tree onto which you can drop messages to quickly store in that location in the vault. To add a context:

Displays the contexts listed in BlueCielo vaults as folders within the Outlook Mail Folders tree for drag-and-drop importing of email and attachments. For instructions, see Storing messages and attachments. |
Message name builder |
Use the lists to construct a naming standard for messages that you save in the vault. Each list contains message properties from which you can select. Type separator characters to format the naming standard for best readability. Only valid Windows file name characters are allowed. The Example field displays a sample name based on your current settings. Tip All users of a vault should configure the same naming standard so that they can identify all messages. |
